Dr. Armitage is Joe Shapiro Professor of Medicine and Professor and Chair of Oncology, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha.  Peripheral T-cell lymphomas belong to a group of rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas, most of which are characterized by an aggressive clinical course and poor prognosis.
