Lymphadenectomy Prolongs Survival in Node-Negative Cervical Cancer

Results of this retrospective analysis presented at the Society of Gynecologic Oncologist’s Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer in San Francisco showed that extensive lymphadenectomy prolonged survival among node-negative, but not node-positive, patients.
