KRAS Status Predicts Response to Cetuximab/FOLFIRI

In the CRYSTAL trial, mCRC patients with KRAS wild-type tumors experienced a 32% decrease in the risk of progression and a 59% response rate with cetuximab/FOLFIRI therapy, but those with mutated KRAS showed no benefit from the combination.
