SAN ANTONIO (EGMN) - A switch to letrozole for breast cancer patients intolerant to anastrozole-associated musculoskeletal pain enabled nearly 90% of them to continue on adjuvant aromatase inhibitor therapy with significantly improved quality of life in an open-label prospective study.
