ORLANDO (EGMN) - A slew of early studies of novel therapeutics in castration-resistant prostate cancer was rolled out at a symposium on genitourinary cancers, with some agents showing promise and others clearly missing the mark.MDV3100 and abiraterone acetate produced prostate-specific antigen (PSA) declines of 50% or more in about half of evaluated patients.
