VIENNA (EGMN) - The burden of non-AIDS-defining cancers "is rising sharply" in U.S. patients infected with HIV, expanding the importance of screening and prevention for these cancers.Non-AIDS-defining cancers are a larger fraction of the overall cancer burden, "in large part driven by the growing number of people living with HIV infection and the fact that these people are getting older," Dr. Eric A.
