CHICAGO (EGMN) - The experimental drug panobinostat appeared to be active against relapsed and refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma in most of the heavily pretreated patients who were enrolled in an ongoing, multinational phase II trial.One-fourth of patients with relapsed/refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma following autologous stem cell transplant had either a complete or partial response to monotherapy with the novel agent, and 60% had stable disease, according to interim results presented at the annual meeting...
