BERLIN (EGMN) - Continuous once-daily dosing of sunitinib 37.5 mg resulted in a median progression-free survival of 9 months in an open-label, phase II trial of 119 treatment-naive patients.This compares with a progression-free survival (PFS) of 11 months in the pivotal, phase III, first-line trial in which sunitinib 50 mg was administered on an intermittent 4-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off dosing schedule (J.
