Abstract

HOUSTON (EGMN) -Ultrasound was useful in the long-term postoperative follow-up of thyroid cancer in a review of 398 ultrasounds performed in 191 patients.A normal neck ultrasound combined with undetectable serum tumor markers is a reassuring combination in patients with previous thyroidectomy.
