Lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin’s lymphoma (LPHL), a rare type of Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL), has several defining features that distinguish it from classic HL. Morphologically, LPHL exhibits a nodular pattern of lymphocytic and histiocytic (L and H) cells, as opposed to the Reed-Sternberg cells that characterize classic HL.
