The mainstay of therapy for patients with favorable-prognosis, early-stage Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL) is four cycles of chemotherapy (CT) consisting of doxorubicin, bleomycen, vinblastine, and dacarbazine (ABVD) followed by involved-field radiotherapy (IFRT) at a dose of 30 Gy.
