Aims: Failure to carry out intracavitary brachytherapy (ICBT) in cervical carcinoma results in suboptimal chemoradiation and increases the risk of recurrence. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of adjuvant hysterectomy after unsuccessful ICBT.
