Downregulation of RhoB GTPase confers resistance to cisplatin in human laryngeal carcinoma cells

Acquired resistance to cisplatin represents a major obstacle to an efficient chemotherapy. We found downregulation of RhoB expression in cisplatin-resistant tumor cell lines from different origin.
