14th Congress of the European Society of Surgical Oncology

ESSO aims to promote the highest standards of surgical care in the management of patients with solid tumours. We are conscious of our responsibilities to facilitate the wide dissemination of knowledge and expertise, to ensure that patients throughout Europe are provided with optimum management. The three-day programme provides opportunities for surgical oncologists to participate in an outstanding meeting with prestigious and authoritative guest lecturers. In addition to three keynote addresses, the programme includes important generic topics such as follow-up, the volume/outcome debate, dealing with a complete response, as well as important organ related topics, for example breast, colorectal, gastric, melanoma, sarcoma, etc. On this occasion, the meeting is being held with the Dutch Society of Surgical Oncology and with a major participation from the British Association of Surgical Oncology.

Event Date(s):
